Ms. Renehan is a partner at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, where she concentrates in medical malpractice defense, general liability and other health law litigation in Massachusetts. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Boston College and a 1993 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Renehan clerked for the late Reginald C. Lindsay, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and worked as an assistant district attorney in Middlesex County in the Cambridge Superior Court; and in various district courts as a supervisor. Ms. Renehan focuses her practice on the representation of health care professionals and institutions in medical malpractice actions and represents clients in all phases of litigation before the superior court, at jury trial, and during mediation and arbitration. In addition, Ms. Renehan responds to claims filed with the various professional licensing boards governing healthcare professionals.
Ms. Renehan previously served as a director at another Boston law firm.
