Lindsey Taylor is an associate and trial attorney who focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims, motor vehicle accidents, and personal injury claims, as well as professional licensing and regulation. Prior to joining Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, Lindsey worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as a Student Prosecutor and later as an Assistant District Attorney. There, she argued in front of the Boston Juvenile Court and the Dorchester division of the Boston Municipal Court investigating and prosecuting various criminal matters. This role allowed Lindsey to craft negotiation and trial advocacy skills that she continues to utilize in her current civil practice.

Lindsey is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
