Sarah Greenhalgh is a partner at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, where her practice is focused on medical malpractice liability defense and general liability insurance defense, including complex civil litigation matters.

Attorney Greenhalgh is an experienced civil litigator.  She represents medical professionals, hospitals, professional corporations, and insurers in all matters of civil litigation.  She also represents healthcare professionals before state licensing boards, including the Board of Registration in Nursing and the Board of Registration in Medicine.  Attorney Greenhalgh is experienced in arbitration and has tried numerous cases in the District and Superior Courts.  She has also argued before the Court of Appeals.
