MMMK is happy to announce that associate attorney Jane Hodell has joined our firm. Jane earned her dual Master of Public Health and Law Degree from Saint Louis University with a concentration in health law. She focuses her practice on toxic torts, product liability, regulatory compliance, and general liability matters.

As the holder of both a Juris Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Public Health, Jane leverages her integrated insights to assist clients with complex compliance issues and engage deeply with the scientific and legal matters that underpin litigation. In doing so, Jane draws upon her unique background and experiences, including spearheading compliance research for the Mercy Hospital Systems, working and publishing papers with the Alliance Against Seclusion and Restraint, and interning at the Center for Disease Control, for which her research in legal epidemiology was presented at the White House in 2022.

Jane looks forward to utilizing her multi-faceted academic and professional experience to achieve positive outcomes in all areas of client need.
