MMMK is pleased to welcome our 2024 law clerks, Bryanna Greenwood, Kate Kossoy, and Patrick Madaya!

Bryanna Greenwood
Bryanna is a rising 3 rd year law student at Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk, she is a continuity editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, where she published a note about ADA compliance in correctional facilities. Bryanna is an alumna of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she was a member of the Commonwealth Honors College. On summer weekends, Bryanna enjoys going to PYO farms and walking her dog, Moose.

Bryanna is excited to work as a law clerk at MMM&K with the medical malpractice group. She is interested in learning how medical malpractice cases are defended and the strategies used to advocate for clients’ best interests.

Kate Kossoy
Kate is a rising 3L at Boston College Law School with a strong interest in litigation. This past year, she participated in BC Law’s internal moot court and mock trial competitions. Additionally, Kate served as Chair of the BC Law Student Association’s Student Wellness & Mental Health Committee. Prior to attending BC Law, Kate graduated from Villanova University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Political Science, as well as a minor in Arab and Islamic Studies. In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time outside and volunteering at Women’s Lunch Place.

Kate is thrilled to join MMM&K this summer as a Product Liability & Toxic Torts Law Clerk. She is excited to learn about the progression of product liability cases through the legal system and best practices for client advocacy.

Patrick Madaya
Patrick is a rising 3L at Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk, he is a Note Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review and is in the process of publishing his Note on Copyright Law after the recent Andy Warhol Foundation v. Goldsmith Supreme Court Decision. Patrick is an alumnus of the Boston college, where he graduated with a B.S. in Biology. In his free time, Patrick is a fitness instructor at B/SPOKE Studios in Boston.

Patrick is excited to work as a law clerk at MMM&K with the products liability group. He is interested in learning about the balance between intellectual property licensors and products liability and the strategies used to advocate for clients’ best interests.
